RP-200 PROFESSIONAL roller chopper is designed for cutting branches with a diameter of up to 16 cm, completely designed and developed by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. The frame is made of metal sections of wide spacing of support, expandable extended inlet hopper of high rigidity and reinforced with a section. The chopper is fitted with safety switch around the inlet hopper (safety switch should be connected with emergency module in the tractor). Cutting mechanisms manufactured precisely on CNC machining centre from one assumption to provide proper quality, accuracy and axis alignment which translates into long service life of sub-assemblies and the entire device. The mechanism is fitted with an expanding and clamping sleeve which serves for the positioning of cutting blades, and also performs a function of overload protection. The chopper may be fitted with a flywheel/pulley and expandable belt conveyor, thanks to which chopper operation becomes more effective and much more comfortable.
Chopper’s drive is transmitted by power transmission shaft from tractor’s WOM (right-hand rotation) We recommend using power transmission shafts fitted with a with shear pin coupling (available in our offer), in the case of machine overload the pin is sheared thus switching off the drive.
Processed wood is an effective and organic fuel, ideally suited for burning in all types of central heating furnaces.
Blades of cutting mechanism are made of HARDOX abrasion resistant steel guaranteeing long and effective operation of the machine.

Az RP-200 PROFESSIONAL hengerdarálót maximum 16 cm átmérőjű ágak aprítására tervezték, és a REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY teljes egészében saját fejlesztésében készült.
A váz széles támasztási pontokkal rendelkező acélprofilokból készül, magas merevségű, megerősített, szétnyitható betöltő garattal. A garat körül biztonsági kapcsoló található (a kapcsolót a traktor vészleállító moduljához kell csatlakoztatni).
A vágószerkezeteket CNC-megmunkáló központban egyetlen kiindulási darabból precízen munkálják meg, hogy biztosítva legyen a minőség, pontosság és tengelybeállás – ez hosszú élettartamot garantál a gépegységek és a teljes berendezés számára.
A mechanizmus táguló és szorító persellyel van ellátva, amely a kések rögzítésére és egyben túlterhelés elleni védelemként is szolgál.
A daráló felszerelhető lendkerékkel/ékszíjtárcsával, illetve kihajtható szállítószalaggal, amelyek növelik a gép hatékonyságát és kényelmesebbé teszik a munkavégzést.
A meghajtás a traktor TLT-tengelyéről (jobb oldali forgás) történik. Biztonsági törőcsappal ellátott kardántengely használata ajánlott (kínálatunkban elérhető), amely túlterhelés esetén eltörik, így leállítja a hajtást.
Az aprított faanyag kiváló, környezetbarát tüzelőanyag, amely minden típusú központi fűtéses kazánban felhasználható.

Valcový štiepkovač RP-200 PROFESSIONAL je určený na štiepanie konárov s priemerom do 16 cm a je kompletne navrhnutý a vyrobený spoločnosťou REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY.
Rám je vyrobený z oceľových profilov so širokým rozostupom podpier, rozšírený, výklopný vstupný násypník s vysokou tuhosťou je spevnený profilom. Štiepkovač je vybavený bezpečnostným vypínačom okolo násypníka (musí byť pripojený k núdzovému modulu traktora).
Rezný mechanizmus je precízne opracovaný na CNC obrábacom centre z jedného výchozieho kusu, čím sa zabezpečuje kvalita, presnosť a súososť – čo sa premieta do dlhej životnosti komponentov aj celého zariadenia.
Mechanizmus je vybavený rozpínacou a upínacou objímkou, ktorá slúži na umiestnenie nožov a zároveň plní funkciu ochrany proti preťaženiu.
Štiepkovač môže byť vybavený zotrvačníkom/remenicou a rozkladacím pásovým dopravníkom, čo výrazne zvyšuje efektivitu a komfort práce.
Pohon štiepkovača sa uskutočňuje prostredníctvom kardanového hriadeľa traktora (pravotočivý WOM). Odporúčame používať kardany s bezpečnostnou strižnou skrutkou (v ponuke), ktorá sa pri preťažení zlomí a vypne pohon.
Spracované drevo je účinné, ekologické palivo vhodné na spaľovanie vo všetkých typoch kotlov ústredného kúrenia.
Nože rezného mechanizmu sú vyrobené z otero-odolnej ocele HARDOX, čo zaručuje dlhú a efektívnu životnosť.
